Thanks to its location in a sunny and wide valley, the Wilder Kaiser – Kalkstein – Kitzbuheler Horn Region offers some of Tirol’s most scenic cycling. With over 200 kilometers of well signposted and waymarked cycle paths and mountain bike trails, cyclists are truly spoilt for choice here.

Cyclists of all abilities will find routes and trails to their liking here. An especially beautiful cycle path travels along the shores of Grossache from Kirchdorf to Erpfendorf. This 3.5 kilometer trail offers picnic spots, viewing platforms, and a play area for kids.

Family Cycle Path
Enjoy nature!

This flat cycle path takes you along the scenic shores of the Grossache towards Erpfendorf and is suitable for families with young kids.
The lovingly designed Water Theme Area provides an added attraction for children. Along the way you will find several picnic spots with tables and benches.

UCI World Cycle Masters
... more than 3.500 starters from 53 nations all over the world - From 23rd to 30th of august the Holiday Region Kitzbuheler Alpen St. Johann in Tirol is the meeting point of the cycling world.

The flair of the UCI WORLD CYCLE MASTERS was excellent. In addition every year the number of starters is increasing. More than 4.000 participants will be at the 41st CYCLING WORLD CUP & 15th UCI WORLD MASTERS ROAD CHAMPIONSHIPS.

The cycling legend of Italy - Francesco Moser - is the patron of the event. Furthermore he is present at this fantastic event in the Holiday Region Kitzbuheler Alpen St. Johann in Tirol, despite of a huge amount of appointments.
