The 'Apartment house Schmitten' is located in the Schmittental, a very quiet area, just a few minutes walk to the lower terminus of the Schmittenhöhe – the main mountain of Zell am See. Close to the apartment there are following ski lifts: Sonnenalmbahn, Schmittenhöhebahn and TrassExpress.
The apartment house consists of a lockable ski room with ski boot dryer for the ski boots and infrared-cabin. The centre of Zell am See you can reach within 5 driving minutes and ca. 18 minutes on foot.
